How to submit a Bug Report (This is best practice for technical issues you observe)

We are continuing to work on any hiccups that may come up when using the Genius. As systems change if you notice any glitches while using the Genius you may need to report it to us! 

Here is how to report any system bugs - 

1. In System Overview tap your menu bars. 

2. Click on "Bug Reporting"

3. From here you will be allowed to enter in your issue and when it gets to us it will show us the information of the of your device and software so we can further investigate and resolve the problem.
