I am getting "Genius Insight No Longer Available"

1. Delete the current icon by pressing down on it. Delete it completely
2. Use these links to find the version of the Genius that you need, either Android or Apple. Here are the links for Apple: Apple IOS Genius Link   
   APPLE USERS PLEASE READY THIS MESSAGE Do you get the Untrusted Message? (Apple users only). If so, be sure to go to the Settings on your device and choose "General" and then choose "Device Management" and then "Trust" or Verify the device.

   3) Sign in using "Existing user log in". If you don't have your password handy, look for the "Forgot Password" option after entering your email address. Once you are logged in, restore your database as described in Step 4.
