Here are the instructions to correct technical errors you may be having with the Genius. This is always the first step to do when an issue comes up, ex: App no longer available notice/App will not open/App will not load to next screen/etc. Please be sure to read through all the steps to make sure your device is reinstalled and all your information is restored fully.
Instructions
1. Please log out and then completely delete the app you currently have. (It is important that you log out if your program allows you to).
2. Then reinstall using this link here : Genius App for Apple Devices

3. Once you've log in as you normally would, you will be prompted to restore your database. This is done by clicking the two arrows in the right hand corner that are in the shape of a circle. When you tap the symbol a small list will appear all with that same symbol to the right of them. Click on each one and as they download they will disappear. This process will restore all your libraries and previous information back to your device.
That's it! Everything has now been cleared then restored so you are off to a fresh start.
