Here are some quick Quanta Capsule troubleshooting steps for when you are getting the "User not Registered" message -
- Verify that they have activated their capsule and they are logged in.
- Verify that the email being used by the client is the same as registered - must have client show you their menu bar and what email they are logged in on.
- Have them log out and log back in
- The practitioner check to see if it is an activated membership on your dashboard or if you can add them to your membership list (see guide on how to add an active member here)
